The short version

Your images are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to, seen by, or stored on our servers. We collect only standard, aggregated website analytics.

1. Your images

Every ImageFry tool runs locally on your device using the HTML5 canvas and related browser technology. Files you select are read by your own browser, processed in memory, and offered back to you as a download. No image data is transmitted to ImageFry. When you close the tab, it's gone. This is also why we cannot recover a file for you โ€” we never had it.

2. Analytics

Like most websites, we use analytics (such as Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate usage โ€” which pages are visited, from which countries, on which device types. This helps us decide which tools to improve. Analytics data does not include your images or their contents.

3. Advertising & cookies

We display advertising served by third parties such as Google AdSense to keep the tools free. Ad providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's partner sites policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. ImageFry itself sets no cookies for the tools.

4. Third-party scripts

Two converter pages load open-source libraries (HEIC decoding, PDF generation) served from this same website. They run locally and transmit nothing.

5. Contact & email

If you email us, we keep the correspondence to respond and improve the service. We never sell or share your contact details.

6. Children

ImageFry is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change; the date above always reflects the current version.
